Service was unfortunately slow and not very competent. Mouth / nose protection was only worn over the mouth. Very nice atmosphere inside. It looks untidy on the outside. Reduced menu without children's meals. The children's dish (fish fingers with fries and mixed vegetables for 11.50 €) is too expensive. Price was not mentioned. Pickled cucumbers for the farmer's breakfast were out (averaging was only given on request without apology or courtesy). High chairs are available, no changing table. Children's cutlery was neither served nor offered. It was not previously announced that a service fee would be charged for the packaging of the remaining dishes. Season ticket (chanterelles) available. But it was not communicated that the sauce for the steak with chanterelles is spicy. The chanterelles were good even when mixed with mushrooms. Unfortunately some were still raw, as were the onions with the fried potatoes. Other guests were present on Sunday lunchtime, but only a few, so that an overload def. not available.

We found this inn by chance. A cozy inn with a very good kitchen. The schnitzel is tapped by hand (you heard it) and the schnitzel was served with a delicious mustard sauce. Good food all round.

Excellent food, friendly service and a rustic atmosphere including a beer garden. The farmer's breakfast is definitely something for the big hunger, but so delicious!

We were here for the first time today and will definitely be back. The food was very good, especially the farmer's breakfast in the iron pan was absolutely brilliantly presented and tasted great. The price was reasonable and the very nice and careful service rounded off the evening.

After Corona finally delicious food again .. of course in the fried potatoes with Mr. Meier .. As always very tasty and inexpensive, we are happy to go back here with friends .. thank you very much

Disappointing, very disappointing. We had 2x Hamburg schnitzel with fried egg, 1x hunter schnitzel and 1x gypsy schnitzel, all with fried potatoes. The breading was "mushy" for all the schnitzel. The sauces for the hunter and gypsy schnitzel were cold (Koch was supposedly distracted and had forgotten to heat the sauces). The potatoes did not appear fresh to us (pre-cooked the day before?). Service well, I could have been advised that if I order one instead of simply preparing another Pils, they won't have a lüb. The shop was really cold (heating a bit would have helped, even in July when it was cold outside). Conclusion, unfortunately we won't be back.

Beer was too warm and non-carbonated, Rumpsteak medium ordered and came rare and cold even without any taste except for the pepper on top, the sauce looked good but was completely sour from the taste, the bacon beans were almost raw and no taste again Epiphany.....
